Data for: "Conserved sex-biased DNA methylation patterns target key developmental genes and reproductive function in two Poeciliid species"

The study examines how sex-biased DNA methylation and gene expression vary across tissues and are conserved between the closely related Poeciliid fishes Poecilia reticulata and Poecilia wingei.
