The effects of adiponectin knockout on hepatic gene expression in male and female C57BL/6NCrl mice fed ad libitum or undergoing caloric restriction

Description
To understand the role of adiponectin under caloric restriction (CR) in the liver, we collected liver samples from male and female adiponectin KO mice and wild-type (WT) mice, on a C57BL/6NCrl background, that were fed ad libitum (AL) or underwent 30% caloric restriction (CR; receiving 70% of daily AL intake) from 9-13 weeks of age. Livers were then analysed by bulk RNA-seq.
