Effect of treatment of NP1192 on gene expression of SiHa cervical cancer cells.

Listed in NCBI GEO

Epigenetics has emerged as the most prominent oncogenic driver under investigation in recent years.

Description

NAT10, a highly conserved N-acetyltransferase 10, contributes to the development of multiple malignancies through post-transcriptionally acetylating cytidine’s fourth carbon to the form ac4C, necessitating development of targeted therapeutics. Here we report the identification of NP1192 as the first highly potent and selective PROTAC degrader targeting NAT10, which degrades and inhibits ac4C modification.
