High throughput transcriptomic profiling of the embryonic C. elegans intestine with single-cell resolution

Listed in NCBI GEO

We evaluated the transcriptional profile of C. elegans intestinal cells throughtout embryogenesis using 10x Genomics scRNA-seq.

Description

Identified intestinal clusters were spatially and temporally resolved via microscopy using single molecule inexpensive fluorescence in situ hybridization (smiFISH). This study provides the first assessment of intestinal organization and sub-functionalization throught C. elegans embryogenesis.
