Polyhexamethylene guanidine exposure disrupts protective immunity and accelerates tuberculosis progression via type I IFN signaling and neutrophil influx

Listed in NCBI GEO

We investigated the molecular mechanisms by which PHMG regulates host defense in alveolar macrophages against M. tuberculosis infection.

Description

To elucidate this, we performed global gene expression analysis of M. tuberculosis infected alveolar macrophages after PHMG treatment.
