CUT & RUN Analysis in Satellite Cells 7 days after Cardiotoxin Injury of Skeletal Muscle

Listed in NCBI GEO

The aim of this project is to assess the open chromatin regions, as well as the androgen (AR) and the glucocorticoid (GR) targets in satellite cells 7 days after cardiotoxin injury.

Description

Satellite cells were FACS-isolated and then lysed with Triton X-100 and released nuclei were bound to concanavalin-A magnetic beads. Nuclei/bead complexes were incubated with antibodies directed against AR, GR, a histone mark H3K4me2 and an IgG.

After wash, nuclei/bead complexes were incubated with A-micrococcal nuclease and chromatin cleavage was initiated with CaCl2.
