Bulk RNA-seq of PBMCs collected before and 4 weeks after secukinumab treatment from plaque psoriasis patients with distinct 52-week clinical response trajectories

Samples were collected at baseline and at week 4 after treatment initiation from 27 patients representing two distinct 52-week PASI response trajectories (optimal and suboptimal). The dataset was generated to investigate baseline molecular differences between trajectory groups and early transcriptomic changes associated with subsequent long-term clinical response.
