Effect of IFN-beta treatment on the transcriptome of hTERT-immortalized human keratinocytes

Listed in NCBI GEO

Type I interferons(IFN) induce IFN-stimulated gene expression to protect against virus infection.

Description

However, the gene signature has not been specifically described in keratinocytes following type I IFN treatment. Our analysis reveals the IFN-beta stimulated gene signature in human keratinocytes.
