This is the dataset from the manuscript ´Chromogranin A and catestatin regulate pancreatic islet homeostasis, endocrine function, and neurotransmitter signaling´, which includes: - Original immunoblotting images of chromogranin A (CgA) and catestatin (CST) in the islets of wildtype (WT) and non-obese (NOD) mice. - Microscopy images and lif files of the pancreas showing composition and nerve-network in WT, CgA-KO and CST-KO mice pancreas. - Spatial mass spectrometry hits, heatmaps and MS/MS plots run on WT, CgA-KO and CST-KO pancreas. - Dataset from GTT and PTT assays on wildtype and knockout mice - Cytokine and catecholamine levels in wildtype and knockout mice Raw spatial MS data, slide scans and human data is available upon request via Gustaf Christoffersson (gustaf.christoffersson@scilifelab.uu.se).
