Transcriptomic profiling of small intestine from irinotecan-treated wild-type and Gsdme-deficient mice

Listed in NCBI GEO

Irinotecan (CPT-11) is a topoisomerase I inhibitor that is widely used for solid tumors, including colorectal and pancreatic cancers.

Description

Although irinotecan exerts potent antitumor effects, it also causes intestinal mucositis. In the present study, the effect of irinotecan on intestinal mucositis was investigated in wild-type and Gsdme-deficient mice.
