Transcriptomic profiling of the main olfactory epithelium of the perinatal mouse
Listed in NCBI GEO
Description
RNA from single cells of the main olfactory epithelium of wild-type C57Bl/6 mice was sequenced over a perinatal developmental timecourse, from birth/postnatal day 1 to weaning/postnatal day 22, to establish developmental lineages, identify changes in gene expression along specific lineages, and predict signaling pathways involved in establishing and maintaining this stem cell niche.
