Spatial transcriptomic sequencing of day 7 tumors in G422TN-GBM model

Listed in NCBI GEO

Glioblastoma are difficult to treat because they recur quickly after treatment caused by highly aggressive tumor cells at the distal end of the tumor entity.

Description

We created a new G422TN-GBM (TN: triple negative, i.e., wild type IDH1/2, chromosome1/19 Intact and wild type TERT-promoter) model that is highly consistent with the pathological features, immune response and therapeutic response of GBM. Based on this model, we performed spatial transcriptome of intravranial G422TN-tumor at day 7 post implantaion of G422TN-cells.
