A high-throughput transcriptomic profiling of fibroblasts treated with 0.0005 - 10 µM Omaveloxolone

Listed in NCBI GEO

Omaveloxolone, an Nrf2 activator, shows enrichment of pathways associated with cellular metabolism and energy production.

Description

Dose-dependent up-regulation of Nrf2 marker genes and of genes in the GOBP mitochondrial gene expression pathway was observed compared to vehicle treated wells.
