Transcriptomic Analysis of SLE Disease Activity in Resting Naive (rN) and Transitional (T1T2) B cells

Resting naive (rN) and transitional (T1T2) B cells were FACS separated from PBMC samples of human patients diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) belonging to one of two groups: Active (defined by a SLEDAI score > 4) and Inactive (SLEDAI <=4) as well as matched healthy control.
