Epigenomic analysis of organoids from colorectal cancer peritoneal metastases uncovers a mechanism of resistance to doxorubicin

In this study, we generated patient-derived organoids (PDOs) from patients with colorectal cancer peritoneal mestasis and performed RNA- and ATAC-sequencing to study mechanisms for doxorubicin response.
