Expression data from human dermal papilla cells

Dermal papilla is pivotal for hair follicle morphogenesis and regeneration.
Description
However, isolation of human DP cells still depends on laborious microdissection and in vitro expansion impairing their hair-inductive capacities. We established a novel culture condition maintaining human DP cell properties and analyze global gene expression profiles between DP cells cultured in newly-invented and conventional conditions.
