RNA-Seq data from histone-lysine methyltransferase 2D (KMT2D)-R1252* and WT RL cells

Listed in NCBI GEO

Mutations occurring in the histone-lysine methyltransferase 2D (KMT2D) gene are the pivotal chromatin-modifying hallmarks of follicular lymphoma (FL) subsets, however their tumor-promoting roles are unclear.

Description

To understand how the cancer-associated KMT2D R1252* mutation promotes FL, we next compared independent RNA samples of RL cells expressing wild-type KMT2D and R1252* mutant KMT2D using RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq). Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and significantly enriched pathways were identified by RNA-seq.
