Il1b signaling in mouse gastric stromal cells

IL-1b is a proinflammatory cytokine which is involved in gastric diseases development.
Description
Stromal cells are known to respond to pro-inflammatory stimuli, and they express the IL-1b receptor IL1r1. We therefore wanted to investigate which genes are regulated upon IL-1b signaling activation in stromal cells.
