Human-biased MEIS1 expression by a promoter non-coding RNA regulates neural stem cell proliferation

MEIS1 promotes NSC proliferation, a process which occurs specifically during human cortical development.
Description
To identify the downstream targets of MEIS1, we performed ChIP-seq using an anti-MEIS1 antibody in human NSCs.
