Bulk RNAseq of sorted Treg cells from a single ascending dose clinical trial in healthy adults of IL-2 mutein MK-6194 (formerly known as PT-101)

The objectives are to use cryopreserved PBMC samples from the Phase 1a single ascending dose trial of IL-2 mutein (MK-6194/PT-101) in healthy adults to define the transcriptional responses of regulatory CD4+ T cells (CD25hiCD127lo Treg), and determine how this varies with both dose and time after treatment.
