RNA-Seq Analysis of Transcriptome profile in IEC 4.1 cells treated with Interferon Gamma

This study aims to measure the impact of interferon-gamma on the transcriptome profile in cultured IEC 4.1 cells.
Description
Cells were treated with interferon-gamma for 6hr. Cells not treated with interferon-gamma were used as a control.
Total RNA was collected for the genome-wide analysis and sequencing using DNBSEQ platform.
