IL-33 stimulation of human lung mast cells for 2 and 24 hours

Listed in NCBI GEO

Expression of CD25 in human mast cells is primarily associated with aberrant mast cell in clonal mast cell disorders.

Description

The regulation of its expression remains undefined. We investigate the role of IL-33 in regulating CD25 in primary human lung mast cells (HLMCs) and the functional consequence of this regulation.
