Comparison of the chromatin status of peripheral blood Treg cells with Treg and naive CD4T cells in various tissues.
Listed in NCBI GEO
Despite their translational importance, peripheral blood (PB) regulatory T (Treg) cells have rarely been subjected to the kind of systematic, cross-tissue comparisons.
Description
Thus, to reveal the chromatin status of Treg cells in PB, we performed transposase-accessible chromatin with high-throughput sequencing (ATAC-seq) on Treg and naiveCD4 T cells from different organs including PB.
