INHBA activated PI3K/AKT pathway in gastric cancer cell line MKN45

Listed in NCBI GEO

The gastric cancer cell' migration ability, invasion ability and the tumor growth could be promoted by INHBA.

Description

To investigate the mechanism underlying the regulation of INHBA in promoting gastric cancer progression, high-throughput sequencing was carried in gastric cancer cell line MKN45.The results showed that PI3K/AKT pathway was activated by INHBA. Which indicated that INHBA regulated gastric cancer progression by activating PI3K/AKT pathway.
