mRNA sequencing of kidney and lung cancer cell lines before and after stimulation with GSK-J4

We performed RNA sequencing to assess changes in gene expression in two models of SMARCB1 deficient cells.
Description
Total RNA was extracted from the cells, before and after treatment with GSK-J4 and before and after the ectopic exoresion recovery of the gene, using standard approaches. RNA-sequencing data performed in this work was performed and analyzed at Novogene.
