The Mechanism by Which HIF-2α Regulates Adipogenic Differentiation of BMSCs

Listed in NCBI GEO

The objective of this study was to investigate whether GLP-1 regulates the adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and to elucidate the underlying molecular mechanism.

Description

Specifically, we aimed to determine if GLP-1 suppresses adipogenesis through modulation of the PI3K-AKT and HIF signaling pathways, and to verify the dependence of this regulatory effect on HIF-2α
