Feedback template for PhD students and supervisors

It was difficult to discern which comments related to fundamental issues to my work and which were just small adjustments or a matter of personal taste.

I also found it difficult to identify what my supervisor though I was doing well, as I only received feedback about what I needed to change or fix. I found that I was spending a lot of time trying to understand and process their feedback because I was receiving it in a way that didn't suit the way I think.</p><p dir="ltr">I created this feedback template so that my supervisors would give me feedback in a way that was understandable to me, so that I would be able to spend less time trying to parse their feedback and more time implementing it!</p><p dir="ltr">I am making it public so that it may help other PhD students in a similar situation to me. </p>
