This dataset contains single cell RNA sequencing data (fastq-files) from twelve NPM1-positive AML-samples.
Description
The single cell libraries were constructed from viably frozen cells from bone marrow (n=8) or peripheral blood (n=4) using the Chromium Single Cell 3' Library & Gel Bead Kit v3 (10X genomics) and sequenced on a Novaseq 6000 or NextSeq 500.
