Comparison of iPSC lines during differentiation to intermediate mesoderm
Listed in NCBI GEO
To examine variability in differentiation outcomes, distinct iPCS lines were differentiated to intermediate mesoderm following the protocol of Takasato et al (2015).
Description
Cells were treated with 4 or 5 days of CHIR followed by 4 days of FGF9, dissociated and profiled to generate bulk transcriptome data for each. Cell lines used were "MAFB-mtagBFP;GATA3-mCherry" described in Vanslambrouck et al, JASN, 2019; "NG-hiPSC line1B", D2MCBL01B, described in Novoa et al, Cytotherapy 2024; AICS-0061, "H2B-GFP AICS", a H2B-GFP reporter from the Allen Institute of Cell Science, Allen Cell Collection.
