Single-cell V(D)J-seq of tumors from Eif3e cg1cre KO mice

Description
white nodules collected from tissues with evident tumor development in organs of cKO mice, such as liver, lung, and spleen were predominantly enriched with B cells or CD4+ T cells, and the lymphocytes within these tissues exhibited highly monoclonal enrichment (in one case, oligoclonal enrichment was observed), indicating that lymphocytes in the tumor tissues of cKO mice display characteristics of monoclonal expansion.
