<b>PLURIpanel for Quantitative Analysis of Stemness in Pluripotency and Cancer</b>

Carboplatin and paclitaxel combination was given for 4 cycles, resulting in a partial response. Fresh tumor tissue was obtained from two inguinal lymph node metastases (Melanoma lymph node metastasis_A, Melanoma lymph node metastasis_B) removed by surgery from the left and right inguinal regions 2 months after the last chemotherapy cycle.</p><p dir="ltr">Metastatic cutaneous melanoma.fcs: Cutaneous melanoma from the skin of the back classified as pT1bN0 was removed by surgery from a female patient.

During the follow up, lymph node and lung metastases were detected within one year after the initial diagnosis. Nivolumab and relatlimab combination therapy was started, but the disease progressed after two cycles. Subcutanous metastasis was removed for analyses.</p><p dir="ltr">Breast cancer primary tumor_replicate 1.fcs, Breast cancer primary tumor_replicate 2, Breast cancer lymph node metastasis_A_Replicate 1.fcs, Breast cancer lymph node metastasis_A_Replicate 2.fcs: Locally advanced ductal adenocarcinoma of the breast was removed by surgery from a female patient.

The tumor was classified as pT3N3 grade 2, ER 99 %, PgR 90 %, Ki-67 20 %, HER2 neg (2+, ISH neg). Fresh tumor samples were taken from the primary and local lymph node metastasis.</p><p dir="ltr">Breast cancer lymph node metastasis_B.fcs: A female patient was diagnosed previously with a localized lobular breast cancer classified as pT2N0 grade 2, ER 98 %, PgR 0 %, HER2 negative, Ki-67 20 %. After surgery adjuvant chemotherapy including cyclophosphamide, methotrexate and fluorouracil was administered followed by 5 years of adjuvant aromatase inhibitor treatment.

Metastatic disease was detected ten years after the initial breast cancer diagnosis and biopsy sample was taken from supraclavicular lymph node metastasis before any treatments confirming relapse of lobular breast cancer (ER 99 % and PR 5 % positive, HER2 negative, IHC 1 +).</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Ovary Ascites relapse_replicate 1.fcs, Ovary Ascites relapse_replicate 2.fcs, Ovary Ascites treatment naive_replicate 1, Ovary Ascites treatment naive_replicate 2: Samples were obtained from a patient with high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSOC).

The treatment-naïve ascites sample was collected at diagnostic laparoscopy prior to initiation of standard-of-care therapy (carboplatin, paclitaxel, and bevacizumab). The relapse ascites sample was collected 16 months later during platinum-resistant disease, 10 days after paclitaxel administration.</p><p dir="ltr">Ovary Pleural fluid relapse.fcs: The relapse pleural fluid sample was collected at the first relapse, 27 days after the first cycle of combination therapy with carboplatin and liposomal doxorubicin.</p>
