Kinome CRISPR screen for Rhabdomyosarcoma cells in combination with pralatrexate

We found that pralatrexate causes temporary tumor regression in RH4 cell xenograft model.
Description
In order to identify possible therapeutic targets that could be targeted in combination with pralatrexate, we performed a whole Kinome CRISPR loss of function screen in cells dosed with pralatrexate.
