Fastq files relating to RNA sequencing of ascites NK cell samples (n=5) from women with ovarian cancer, and blood NK cell samples (n=2) from women with benign adnexal mases.
Description
Patients consisted of women assisted at the "Women´s Hospital (CAISM) of the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Campinas, Brazil (2026-07-28). The dataset was employed to evaluate the profile of RNA expression in NK cells of epithelial ovarian cancer.
