ChIP-seq IKAROS (Ikzf1) and HELIOS (Ikzf2)

Here we addressed the genome-wide DNA binding profile of Ikaros transcription factor in wild-type early hematopoietic progenitor cell line (HPC7).
Description
We also reported Ikaros and Helios DNA target sites in Helios KO or Ikaros KO HPC7 respectively, by performing Chromatin Immuno-Precipitation (ChIP) assay on genomic DNA.
