Ovarian RNA sequencing of female ICR mice following one month of 6PPDQ exposure

This study profiled ovarian gene expression in female ICR mice following oral exposure to 6PPDQ.
Description
Treatment began at 5 weeks of age. Six mice received 6PPDQ at 4 mg/kg by daily oral gavage for one month, and six control mice received corn oil by daily oral gavage for one month.
Ovarian RNA-seq was used to compare gene expression between the treatment and vehicle-control groups.
