Effect of depleting or overexpressing NF1 in melanoma cell lines

Listed in NCBI GEO

NF1 loss is associated with worse disease specific and overall survival in melanoma. our study aimed at identifying NF1 loss mediated immune evasion and oncogenic mechanisms.

Description

To validate our spatial analyses observations in NF1 mutant melanoma, we knocked down NF1 in A375 melanoma cell lines. parallelly, we transfected NF1 mutant melanoma patient isolated short-term culture with a tetracycline inducible construct expressing NF1.
