mRNA and lncRNA expression profiling of human atherosclerotic plaques

To characterize transcriptional and post-transcriptional changes during human atherosclerosis development, we then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different stages of human carotid atherosclerotic plaques.
