SBNO1 knockdown in the iCCA cell lines SNU1079
Listed in NCBI GEO
Aberrant Notch signaling has been identified as a possible catalyst for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) development.
Description
Genetic studies in Drosophila observed that the knockout of strawberry notch (sno) mimics loss of notch. Here, we elucidated the role of the mammalian Strawberry Notch 1 (SBNO1) in HCC and CCA development.
