Gene expression profile of sebaceous glands from male and female mice before and after sexual maturity

We developed a method to isolate and enrich sebaceous glands from tail skin of mice.
Description
SGs from tail skin were isolated and enriched from 4 weeks old (pre-sexual maturity) and 10 weeks old (sexual maturity) male and female mice. Each group contain 3 samples.
Each sample was pooled from 4-5 mouse tails.Samples were prepared for RNA-seq, which will provide information about the gene expression profiles of sebaceous glands, and the infulence of gender, sexual maturity on sebacous glands.
