Cuproptosis and disulfidptosis converge to empower PD-L1 checkpoint therapy via Cadict-induced PD-L1 translation

To elucidate the mechanism by which Cadict and Cu-Cys exert cytotoxic effects on colorectal cancer cells, we performed transcriptome analysis using RNA-seq to investigate the signaling pathways affected by Cadict and Cu-Cys.
