The scaffolding protein AKAP79/150 shapes innate immune responses to allergen

Listed in NCBI GEO

Allergic airway inflammation involves innate immune signaling pathways that regulate inflammatory gene expression and cytokine responses.

Description

In this study, we performed RNA-seq analysis of mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages following house dust mite (HDM) allergen exposure to examine transcriptional changes associated with allergen-induced immune activation. These data provide gene expression profiles that may help define inflammatory and immune pathways regulated during HDM-driven innate immune responses.
