Gene expression changes in human neuroglioma cell line H4 upon stress induction with sorbitol or thapsigargin

Listed in NCBI GEO

We found that stress induction with sorbitol or thapsigargin in neurons including human neuroglioma cell line H4 leads to the rapid degradation of FMRP.

Description

To reveal mechanisms involved, we used Clariom S Assays to identify gene expression changes shared by sorbitol and thapsigargin treated H4 cells.
