IFNK-dependent transcriptome of hTERT-immortalized human keratinocytes

Listed in NCBI GEO

The type I interferons (IFN) are typicall induced following viral infection.

Description

Uniquely the type I IFN, IFN-kappa (IFNK) is constitutively expressed by epithelial keratinocytes. However, the IFNK dependent gene signature has not been described in keratinocytes.

Our analysis reveals the IFNK dependent transcriptome in human epithelial keratinocytes.
