Values are presented as median ±SD. (E) Distribution of loss of heterozygosity (LOH) fractions at the <i>HFE</i> locus (chromosome 6) across PDAC samples. LOH was calculated using germline-informative heterozygous sites and matched tumor sequencing data, integrating genotype calls and allele-specific read counts.

The distribution is strongly skewed toward low values, with most samples showing minimal or no allelic imbalance. Mean (dashed red line) and median (dotted green line) LOH fractions are indicated. These data indicate that LOH at the <i>HFE</i> locus is infrequent and not recurrent in PDAC.</p>
