Effect of exogenous HBEGF in human chondrosarcoma SW1353 cell line overexpression and control cells.

Listed in NCBI GEO

Chondrosarcoma (CHS) is a malignant bone tumour resistant to adjuvant treatment, with high-grade patients suffering an unfavorable prognosis.

Description

Heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor (HBEGF) is a member of the epidermal growth factor family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, migration, and angiogenesis. HBEGF has been implicated in the development and progression of numerous cancers.

We here aimed to investigate the role of HBRGF in CHS.
