Gene expression changes induced by doxycycline-inducible 3xFlag-MORC1 WT and 3xFlag-MORC1 dIDR-bpNLS expression in NIH3T3 cells

Doxycycline-inducible NIH3T3 cell lines expressing 3xFlag-mCherry (control), 3xFlag-MORC1 WT, or 3xFlag-MORC1 dIDR-bpNLS were used to evaluate transcriptional changes caused by MORC1 WT or MORC1 dIDR-bpNLS expression.
Description
Cells were harvested 48 h after doxycycline induction, and transcriptome-wide gene expression profiles were obtained.
