circRNA BRAKE on eWAT after specific knockdown in adipose tissue

Mice homozygous for the circRNA BRAKE conditional allele and the Adipo-Cre transgene were generated.
Description
Adipose tissue was collected from 8-week-old animals, and primary adipocyte progenitor cells (APCs) were isolated. Following adipogenic differentiation into mature adipocytes, transcriptomic profiling was performed.
