Primary cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) were isolated from cervical cancer specimens representing early (FIGO I–II) and late (FIGO III–IV) stages.
Description
RNA sequencing was performed to characterize stage-associated transcriptomic profiles and identify differentially expressed genes and biological pathways related to cervical cancer progression.
