In the regulation of selenoprotein synthesis, a rate-limiting factor is the recruitment of the SECIS-binding protein 2 (SECISBP2) to the selenocysteine insertion sequence (SECIS) in the 3' UTR of selenoprotein mRNA.

Description

In this study, we employed RNA-immunoprecipitation (RNA-IP) followed by sequencing to verify the specificity of our technique.
