Effect of cpa1 and cpa5 duoble konckout in zebrafish.

Listed in NCBI GEO

RNA-seq profiling of 3 dpf Wild type and cpa1 and cpa5 double konck out zebrafish.

Description

We reported that Cpa1 can compensate for Cpa5 deficiency, but we don't know cpa5 function. So we eliminated this genetic compensation, in order to investigate what effects CPA5 has on mast cells or neutrophils.
